The dress looks kind of like she's wearing a bathing suit more than a dress, maybe if you made the edges on the bottom go out a bit more it would be better, also she seems kind of like a turtle-- she has no neck

I don't like it, the face is poorly shaded, try to blend the colours, using different shades. Maybe some shading on the face, and the legs. Try something different with the shoes.

a little tip thou try shading with darker and lighter colours so you have more depth in the image

I think it looks really good and I love the eye shadow. Just one thing would be maybe to concentrate on the eye size and the shape of the eyes for the Chinese effect. +Rep
