    thousands of people were found near the sea a day after the earthquake and tsunami, tens of thousands of people missing in just one town, and some people think it's ok to joke about something as tragic as this? the aftershocks were on the scale of an average earthquake, so earthquake after earthquake, after all of this devastation.
    makes me sick how anyone could joke about this;l again, rip all that have been killed.

    If there is the massive massive radiation escape that they're trying so hard to contain, then the radiation will more than likely travel over the us and affect UK.

    They think the nuclear reactor/s will have to be put into a coffin structure like Chernobyl was, what they are doing now doesn't seem to be doing any good. News reports are saying there are about 50 workers carrying out basically a death sentences in trying to control the reactor - anyone whos familiar with Chernobyl will know how terrible the effects of radiation are which killed those workers during that crisis.

    There is actually over 100 workers in the '***ushima 50' but they are called as such because they work in groups of fifty at a time, and I would say what they are doing is more akin to suicide than a death sentence.

    In regards to the nuclear power plant, I read;

    Nuclear fatalities in the last ten years: 7
    Wind farm fatalities in the last ten years: 44
