WELL WE CANT TELL BECAUSE PEOPLES FAT GOES TO DIFFERENT PARTS OF THERE BODIES LIKE THERE BELLY , LEGS , ARMS , THIGHS ECT.

No thats not fat at all your 13 and nerly 5'5 im 16 and about 5'6 and im 8 1/2 stone is that flabby no not at all if you let some say to your that your fat then you will beleve you have to beleve in your self if you think that is fat then i must be huge!

U cant be jus skin and bones becuase u need skin and muiscles and a bit of fat 2 cover ur whole body.
