I love the McElderry style, just i'm too lazy to keep ontop of it.
If only we could choose when our hair grows!
But yes the Joe style is best, shorter on the sides.

Saw this thread and read the first three posts. Seriously, I love how Allan voiced out his opinions and how Special made a nice reply.
Olly Murs's hair... is not bad. I don't really pay attention to celebrities' hair but this is not bad.
Olly Murs is quite 'hairy' too, if you get what I mean.
