    Default So...

I just learnt a person from my college who is my age is in a relationship with a person scraping their 50s. I'm curious as to wether I should mention anything? I was going to but they mentioned of potentially getting engaged due to some evidence they had. I mean, is it more common then I think to have a 30 years or so age gap?

I kept some information in here restricted for privacy reasons.

30 years is a bit strange ...Who exactly are you planning on talking to about it though?

As said before, unless you think there's a problem (abuse or whatever), you should butt out.

While I personally don't see the appeal, it doesn't give anyone the right to get involved with other people's love life. Although as I'm nosy, what's this meant to mean? "they mentioned of potentially getting engaged due to some evidence they had" that makes no sense

Although I'd be concerned I would just avoid it as it isn't your business, aha. Damn, if I found a friend dating someone with a huge age gap I'd be concerned.

I genuinely have no idea why it's ever seen as odd for two post-pubescent people who enjoy each other's company to be together

live and let live unless the person is under 16, dunno how old you are. and in that case i'd talk to a teacher or something.

no doubt they'll learn the hard way, but that is their decision.
