    I tend to leave it till the battery is low before I charge it which is annoying cause it occasionally happens when I'm out. I should probably charge it every night but I'm so forgetful.

    i charge my phone (htc wildfire) every night and my ipod every two nights sometimes every night depending on how much i use it

    Steve Gibson done some research that shows lithium ion batteries like to be kept at an optimum charging of 98% total capacity.

    Who's Steve Gibson? I heard it's best to store them in a freezer at 40% capacity. Don't forget the environment also determines battery health.
