Start of with like 10 a day then work it up and up, one afternoon I did 160 Now I cba
Also do press ups for nice arms!

I do that at home as well as dumbells and bike at home and then everything in gym.

Yes i recommend sit ups to any one i used to do 50 a day now i do 100-150 a day i got a 6 pac in 2 months so if you want one start now...
