Is it really detailed as in, have you tried it for around your area and seen places you recognise or even your house for example? Just interested cause I live on a flight path haha.

You can make it quite detailed with scenery addons. I always have airport addons installed so it pretty much looks like the real thig in real life. Then some companies do the rest such as major cities/areas.
