Technically the Iraq war ended in 2011. But I do understand why the media do it, there's no need to tell me about it, I was simply highlighting it out for people as they were talking about western media

Considering we only know of 3 dead, and 2 of them are rumoured to be children, plus it says she died whilst she was running the marathon, I doubt it. From what it seems, most of the dead will be those in the crowd, I'm pretty sure you can see all the runners in the video, and none of them seem to get gravely injured. So I'd say it's not true.
