CCTV surveillance from near the Marathon lead them to finding the two suspects and putting their pictures out
They robbed a store at MIT, killing a police officer
Police then pursued them while getting IEDs thrown at them
There was a shoot out, killing one suspect and injuring an officer
SWAT and the Police then locked down the town, canceling public transport etc
They then done sweeps of houses checking for the suspect

In the end there obviously couldn't have been much left and they found him on a boat, shootout again and captured him

yeah i looked through his twitter too like he was tweeting after the bombings. seems a lot of people he was tweeting have deleted their accounts except this guy who is trying to prove it is a 'set up'. Sounds like an absolute douche: www.twitter.com/TroyCrossley. also both the brothers were saying 9/11 was an inside job, well they haven't exactly made it better by adding to the stereotype that Muslims are terrorists have they..
@Absently; he was hiding in someone's boat in their backyard and he was injured, not much info on whether he saw the man whose boat it was or what but he just called the police and they got him after a few hours but they were firing at each other until he surrendered

they threw IEDs at the police, had a shoot out with them (including killing one wounding another) and the first had blast scars
