Different hotels have different languages though, so I don't see how that'd work

I was lucky to get a response the next day from the help tool when I reported a bug. I guess they just take longer looking at ban appeals!

Well, at least it's another help tool staff member employed by Sulake like Powertoo and Beeches, and not Concentrix anymore.
