she made the amount of hxl staff deffo go up as well, there used to be like 20/25 hxl staff and she was determined to get the numbers up and i just counted on the hxl website and there is 51 djs now

I think mainly the reason most/I'm upset about this isn't because I think she'll do a bad job, but that only people who have a reputation for being nice etcetc should get a highup position like that. Take 'bob' for example Bob's continuously rude to people for no reason at all, he will go out of his own way to make you feel bad and he has one of the worst attitudes possible. You won't be seeing Bob getting AGM or even senior in a dept, but then you see Jade getting the position...
That's just my opinion anyway.
