Parrots - We love to teach them to talk and even sing..
However, when a parrot won't stop singing Old Macdonald had a farm, it doesn't turn out to be so fun as one owner found out. Mr White has been told that if Buddy the African Grey parrot does not stop irritating the neighbours by being noisy, he could be faced with an ASBO. And it isn't just one vocal song that Buddy knows, he seems to know alot more! The Addams Family, the phrase Police! & mimicing the phone ringing are just to name a few. Mr White has said that he cannot keep his parrot quiet therefore will fight the ASBO when it goes to court.
What are your opinions on the 'ASBO' Parrot?

Well. I can't imagine a bird being noisy enough to truly annoy neighbors. Although i know all too well that some neighbors are truly awful and complain about every tiny noise.
