I hate the new transparent bar.

I don't think it's a glitch, so I'm posting it here.

Basically, the bar isn't transparent until you place the room over it by dragging it, then it goes 100% transparent. It's really annoying.
I wouldn't mind it if it was like 50% transparent at all times, but not like what I said above .
