i've visited places alone but not that far away from home

i didnt enjoy it but i think it could be okay i guess if there wasnt a stigma of travelling 'alone'

and shopping alone is fun i reckon

but for security, i won't recommend
    anyway

I caught a plane by myself once and it was terrifying. So no, I wouldn't.

aaw hun, that isn't that bad, but then again I do it like 6 times a year so I'm used to it, it gets easier!

I plan to go travelling on my own, as long as you do all the right research etc you shouldn't have a problem, and I can imagine you being sensible enough Dan, so go for it. Especially places in Asia, they're top of my list (and Egypt)

I haven't travelled alone but I don't see why it would be a problem. My dad has travelled all around the world for his job on his own and he has always been alright!

that's like the most alone i've ever been haha and i was scared ******** but it was when i was extremely socially awkward so that might explain it!

i'd love to travel around the world when i get a bit older and have money saved up (or maybe when i retire or something?) i probably wouldn't do it by myself for fear of something dangerous happening to me and the fact i get very lonely easily hah

Personally I would never travel the world alone. I would want someone with me in case of emergencies.
