Try and sort whatever is bothering me. Usually this involves the cooperation of another person, and should that fail then I just do anything to take my mind off it.
Listen to heavy metal normally works
I play games
I kind of just listen to screamo and/or cry a lot. But honestly, TV shows and movies has been helping me take my mind off things seeing as I've had my fair shares with severe depression. Also, talking to someone who has similar issues (or is generally a very sad person on the inside) really calms me down.

Nothing really .... I find what can you doSeems a bit of a morbid title, really. I have clinical depression, so sometimes it's extremely hard to get myself out of moods and down periods. What often really helps is playing the piano, or writing poetry, sometimes painting; the arty stuff because it feels its in those areas that I'm in control of how I feel? There's some periods of time where I can't be bothered with anything. I can't set my mind to study, bother with other people or even work with Habbox.
What do you so when you're down? Not necessarily depressed, just if you're feeling a bit blue, how do you handle it? What do you do to distract yourself? Any little routines?
If your that way inclined it either helps to do other things or not I find (and for me it falls into the later) m8
i have a nice big cry and sleep and recently i've found that painting is really therapeutic for me, i mostly paint flowers or people.
