Seems a bit of a morbid title, really. I have clinical depression, so sometimes it's extremely hard to get myself out of moods and down periods. What often really helps is playing the piano, or writing poetry, sometimes painting; the arty stuff because it feels its in those areas that I'm in control of how I feel? There's some periods of time where I can't be bothered with anything. I can't set my mind to study, bother with other people or even work with Habbox.
What do you so when you're down? Not necessarily depressed, just if you're feeling a bit blue, how do you handle it? What do you do to distract yourself? Any little routines?
