Default What is your favourite type of book to read?

The last thing I read was The Hunger Games trilogy and I loved reading that and I want to read The Maze Runner trilogy because I think I would really enjoy that. I used to be so good for reading, read like most of Darren Shans books but I'm so bad in recent years. Bloody Habbox

I rarely find anything I really really enjoy. I just finished reading The Edge of Nowhere by Elizabeth George and before that I read The Maze Runner. I kind of enjoyed that so I'll buy the second one but I didn't think it was super great or anything.

The last book that I just couldn't put down was When God was a Rabbit and I read that over two years ago.

If I'm honest I hardly read but when I do I want the story to be a true story. I enjoyed reading Behind Closed Doors!

I loved all the Maximum ride books. I like fantasy and things so anything like that.

I've always been a fan of dystopian novels which I notice seem to be making a comeback as of late. My main passion is crime fiction and am particularly fond of James Patterson's collection. But fiction is only my go-to when I have huge amounts of free time, my favourite type of writing is social commentary and that mostly spans the realm of nonfiction.

I love anything Dystopian. I'm currently reading the first book in the Unwind Dystology and I've got the Maze Runner box set for when I'm done with Unwind.

Probably not your thing but have you tried The Grantchester Mysteries? They're set four miles from my house and were recently made into a TV series and I really enjoyed them.

I love sci fi books, most preferably without cringey love stuff (ala Divergent, Matched). I haven't really been reading books as of late - thanks to Doctor Who and Broadchurch binge-watching, so yeah.
