I used to always go through lights on amber back in Ireland as everyone does but over here everybody seems to stop so I get frightened and don't do it incase the police over here seriously stop you. I've genuinely no clue if that's an issue tho?

People by the lights coming back to my place are ridiculous, to go straight the lights don't last long so you have to get ready but people are so stupidly slow I've seen only one car get through sometimes..

Going through an amber light is not an offence, but if you are a 'amber gambler' as the saying goes you are more likely going to find yourself making a mistake one day. You would only be stopped and spoken to/dealt with if you were intentionally really pushing your luck for example speeding up to lights excessively or driving dangerously.

I hate people that zoom across to the fast lane as soon as they join the motorway and almost wipe out anything in their path in the process

I hate people that DO NOT DIP THEIR MAIN BEAM HEADLIGHTS AT NIGHT. It's part of the reason I hate driving at night. I have really sensitive eyes and even normal headlights hurt them! I can do without being temporarily blinded!
