Depends what you enjoy in rs, the skill itself can either be very grindy or it can be trained with slayer making it alot less repetitive and more enjoyable. the end game content of invention isn't amazing right now as the perks are pretty shit to say the least, but jagex have said they're going to be bringing out more invention content in the coming months.

I'm level 45 now, disassembled two items. Took way longer than 1 hour 30, took me like 4-5 hours. Though I am just training at Jadinkos.. Any better easy monsters I can train melee on? @marine;

For the 1h 30 min's you need to be doing the best combat methods, for magic muspahs or the abyss are the best, melee is either airuts, bandos gwd or sara encampment and range i'm unsure of.
