I haven't played a Pokemon game since the Nintendo 3DS came out! I wonder if they will tie this in to Pokemon GO at all.

I doubt it. I was a bit worried that these two will end up being like Black and White in that they're a bit crap because they were distracted by the 3DS coming out. So I was suspicious that this would have an equally poor storyline and questionable pokemon because they're focusing on Pokemon Go?

I'll buy the game whatever though tbh so they've got me hooked completely

Looks good, the characters look more people like which is cool. The starters look ok, pretty standard though.

Last pokemon game I played was diamond/pearl, these new ones don't really appeal to me with the 3d roaming etc. The starter pokemon look terrible too imo.

The starters and legendaries looked awful in that but the map and actual graphics looked soo much better! It was one of the best things about Pokemon X - I wonder if there'll be rollerskates again? That was a great addition before and made it so much easier moving about.

Hnnng not long now though. Not that I'll get it til it's come down in price a bit anyway.
