Finally an alright Pokémon (Squirtle) spawned near me, I hurriedly got dressed and went to get it, I got it and began walking back... something goes in my shoe and sends pain immediately from my foot, it was bleeding a little bit and hurt like mad. It turned out to be a splinter, I got it out and now have another Squirtle... next time I probably won't go out to get the Pokémon, or wear better shoes at least!
There was a Cubone near work, but all my colleagues were outside so it would have been awkward subtly trying to get it.
