The Missing - Series 2 has just started on BBC. Did anyone watch Series 1? I don't think you will need to see Series 1 to be able to watch number 2 as it is a different case altogether.

I'll watch it tonight! I'm so sad it's not carrying on with Jimmy nesbitt and the s1 storyline. They ended on a cliffhanger :/

I haven't seen the first series but saw what matt said about it being a different case so I thought I'd give it a go. To be honest I thought the whole episode was a little bit boring and was just about to give up but then that sentence right at the end said by that French guy suddenly made me go

OOOO and I'm hooked so I'll watch the next one now lol I'm such a sucker

You deffo have to pay attention with it with all the different timelines and two missing people but the ending deffo set it up as promising. The first series I felt sick to my stomach, they really captured what it would be like for a parent to lose their child.
