Do you mean discs? If so then yes they sure are! However, you may have to play with compatibility settings/manually update the sims 2 game. I'm currently playing Sims 2 and Sims 2: Open for Business on my windows 10 laptop.
I had a few problems when I first tried to install them in that they would crash every time the game tried to update when installing, but I found some help online and a manual download and it all works fine now
I have the complete collection on origin too, but I find that lags too much for me/I don't need ALL of the EP's

I just started playing sims 4 again, just downloaded the city living pack and excited to play it!! got a cute family going already

I've played it twice and to be honest, it isn't really my type of game
Got Sims 4 the other day and already reverted back to 3, the lack of open world was really annoying since there is literally nowhere you can go except your own house and out in the square unless you want to sit through a loading screen and lose control of all your other sims
