Yeeee sorry for not being clear on this. Condition in this case as in you are born with the wrong organ, have different chromosomes, etc. - a physical (biological) disorder.

Um well it's pretty simple. We divide toilets into male and female, so that means males go into the male one and females into the female one. A bloke with his twig and berries chopped off wearing his mothers lipstick isn't a female so he can't go in the female one.

It really is that simple.

I actually do have a different definition of Biology. To me, if you have XY chromosomes, you're a male. If you have XX chromosomes, you're a female. It's simple to understand. You're not a female if someone cuts off your penis. You're not a male if a doctor builds skin onto a vagina.
