The Lord of the Rings is definitely a bit of a task, but I love the sheer scale of the world Tolkien built. The Hobbit was one of the first books I read of my own initiative as a child.

I totally agree with the youtuber books though. There's only a few I've read but only one of those was decent (Carrie hope fletchers) but I think that's probably because she's actually an actress/writer in her day job.
ahaha Actually, to be completely honest with you, Percy Jackson probably IS a masterpiece, but when I first read it my head was so virgin (IN TERMS OF NOVEL READING) that I did not take advantage of the narrative the way it should, maybe, and in order to be able to read one thing in full depth, well, it takes a little experience, and you only get it over time, huh?

Books written by Youtubers are a kind of rainbow of golden pots, at least here in Brazil, and they do not even care about the contents of the book, it's basically a form that is filled as monotonously as possible, and frankly, I doubt that the Youtubers themselves write their books. A 6-years old youtuber released his book last year :-)

I finished all five books of the Percy Jackson series since this post and they’re fab and I love them and I want to buy more so I can read more!

The Lord of The Flies. I tried reading it but I just couldn't get into it. It was a bit difficult for me to imagine^^''
