hows everyone getting on with running?

I stopped after October but need to get back into it as I have a 20 mile run in a few months then a ton of others this year after that..

currently only do fitness 3 times a week which I run like 5k at most but it's mostly sprints rather than endurance running, so going to try tagging along with friends running at weekends etc, I don't want to go back to the gym as running long distance on a treadmill bored the hell out of me..
