Default Do you do multiple jobs at a time?

I'm currently applying and in the process of doing a lot of jobs at one time (starting next year). It doesn't really gotten hectic yet since it's all on going process.

I am gonna be a private tutor at some nights and on some I'll be volunteer tutor.
During the days, I'm applying to become substitute teacher (again). And for the weekends, I'm gonna be a research assistant.

I'm dying of thinking what a life I will have next year.

So basically, I'll be doing 3 paid jobs and 1 volunteer job next year.

Have you ever did multiple jobs at a time? What was it?

I did yes, lasted 6 months.

This was when I first started my working life, I worked at Cineworld doing 10 hours shifts on Saturday and Sunday (Shift varied from 8am, 2pm, 4pm start) then on the weekdays I was a cleaner at an RAF Base which I worked from 7pm till 11:30pm. Then during the day Monday-Friday I attended college which took me 2 hours to get to and back from due to where I lived and terrible public transport.

So basically I had no free time, I endured it for 6 months before quitting the cleaning job and picking up more shifts at Cineworld.
I wouldn't recommend overdoing it with your workload, it may not seem like a lot, but sometimes having even 2-3 hours to yourself where you do nothing, goes a long way.

I'm glad that we all hope and pray, but it takes more than that
We've been trying, we've been crying
Hoping that they will do more than keep lying
I need to believe that people can change
Or else this life has all been in vain
What's the point of fighting if we're fighting for a lie?

Yeah it's got a lot better since then, but I wouldn't say that's anything to do with my job situation, but more so the people around me.

You deserve to have a more relaxing time after all that tbh. But I guess, having people that truly supports you is more important in this case cause it helps with your mental.

I’ve just started to work for my Aunt recently, she has a small business and I’m doing her social media and other things. It’s only a couple of hours a week but I can do that on top of my normal job.

Although I feel a little overwhelmed just because my routine has changed and I’ve got less free days but once I get used to it it’ll be fine lol
