Well this is pretty cool.

I was initially against any remakes given the original film series is just perfect with the casting and pre-CGI effects, but the news that JK Rowling is a producer means it can't be meddled with by sick progressive yanks in Hollywood who are absolutely dying to cast Hermione as an obese black woman from the Bronx, and make Professor Snape a transgender polymorphic disabled body positive they/them. Good on her for protecting her work of art from cultural arsonists.

Of course I don't think it'll ever come close to the originals really. I mean can you ever come close to Alan Rickman as Snape and Dame Maggie Smith as McGonagall?
