Because there may be a lot of people out there who have been trying for ages to trade these furni - and he is making it harder. I think he should give them away to his closest friends (Whoever they may be) and then at least that way they will still be in trade circulation

Now, it's generous leaving them, because thgen people enjoy the room itself. And also, if he gave em away to his friends, so many people would hound him. PLus if he ever comes back.
