Derren Brown's The Events

After watching yesterdays after show just now, I highly doubt it will be to do with camera trickery. Watching closely, a lot of the things he does is to do with psychological manipulation with little hints, but then again a lot of what he does is totally mind boggling.

We'll see tomorrow... I really really doubt it's a mathematical formula... two reasons. First is that it's pretty much impossible. The balls and randomly selected, with some coming out more times just due to 'luck'. There's no way to really work it out. The second reason is that if it was some sort of mathematical trick, and he told us that, then everybody would give up their job to sit at home all day, everyday until they worked it out to win the jackpot.

No idea how he'll do it, I just don't think it'll be a cheap shot with camera trickery or some mathematical calculation, but we'll see.

I am such a huge huge fan.
I loved him ever since I saw mind control way back years ago, god, probably 8 or 9 years ago!!!!
He is absolutely fantastic, and I remember recording all his trick of the mind shows onto a video and re watching them over and over, I just loved them! What a character he is, he really is fascinating.
And that was excellent, but I wish he didn't give that option at the end, but it wouldn't really be him without adding further controversy I suppose.
Did anyone watch the Seance years ago?? I thought that was amazing, but since his shows have gotten better and better. I especially loved his most recent stage shows Something Wicked This Way Comes and An Evening of Wonders. Especially the latter.
He is fantastic, I used to really fancy him but it turns out he's gay.

Don't mean to bump but I didn't see Friday's show and can't see a thread on it. It's only because people made new threads that this one was abandoned anyway so I'm refraining from doing the same thing .

Did anyone watch it? I don't even know what the topic was tbh. Was it good??

It was 'How to be a Psychic Spy'.

I thought it was brilliant, much better than the previous two. I loved the way he had adverts in the newspapers which told us what to draw, without us actually knowing.

I just watched tonight's. I don't care if it was one away. Epic fail.

This series has been so disappointing, I literally won't anticipate watching any future Derren Brown shows. Ever.
