Giving habbo, habbofansite owners, designers a run for their money, a new design

Ok last time i made a habbo fansite temp it wasnt that great i must admit
i hadnt made one for atleast a year, so with my new design methods i
decided to create a habbo template because the cash is in habbo
I chose what i liked from the habbo site and a few other fansites.
added my style into it and i got this:



A new fresh stylish habbo layout which is no use to me just another work
in my portfolio for creative concepts so... im going to sell it
im open to any offers and contructive critiscm /10 C & C etc.
I hope you like it because im impressed with it and my new designing skills
as i said above its for sale to serious buyers.
