    Default Sleeping problem

    Well,when i sleep i unfortually keep my mouth open meaning i inhail dust ect and wake up with a dry mouth which is aggy i have had this problem for about 4 years and just thought to see if the Habbox users can help me with my problem.

    Yeh I get this problem sometimes, when my nose is blocked I would have to breathe through my mouth...

    Sometimes its okay, but other times my mouth and lips are dry...

    hmm i have no idea how you would stop that, because you can't control what you do while you are asleep, maybe you should visit your doctor if it worries you.

    Before you go to sleep, take breaths through your nose, then exhale through your mouth, so you get used to breathing through the nose.
