    Default Big Problem

    Ok, In september last year I logged onto my normal Henry-Mx account and it said wrong pass, so I checked to see if I had a keylogger and I didnt, so I went on my other account to see if my furni was still there and all of it was, so then I asked for habbo to send a password reminder and it never came so I emailed habbo and they were not replying and recently I emailed them again and Callie sent me a NEW password, so I tryed it and it didnt work so now im thinking if theres a bug on my account, I sent habbo emails about the recent situation and have got no reply because they send auto replys and when I ask then to reply they dont....
    Im thinking of going down to London at the weekend and going to the Habbo Offices....

    what should I do?

    Depending on what category you choose, you will always recieve an auto-reply to your email. If you need them to respond personally to a specific issue you need to reply to the auto-reply. I know how you feel, Habbo arn't particularly good at answering e-mails :rolleyes:

    Thats the thing, I replyed to the auto reply and still no reply...

    Have you made sure you check 'Junk Mail' folder, sometimes e-mails from Habbo go there, particularly the reply ones as they usually have lots of numbers in the subject, and this may be seen as junk.

    You said Habbo sent you an e-mail with your new pass? Well when this happens your e-mail is usually automatically set to the one you first registered with, so if you still have access to that email account then you could try doing a password retrieval by clicking here, then try that pass -- make sure you are typing the pass exactly how Habbo sent it to you, sometimes the pass' can be a little confusing with upper and lower case.

    Hope this solves your problem.

    <_< Ive tryed all that before and nothing works...And I did type the new pass EXACTLY how it was in the email....
    Should I keep nagging them?
    Or is going to London a better idea?

    To be honest i think going to London would be a bit of an over reaction, you could phone the offices if you were desperate, i've never tried ringing them myself though, so don't quote me on that :rolleyes:

    That happened to me before so i waited for a week or so then tried the pass that was sent to me and then i got onto my account
    Well somebody told me
