Does anyone want to have a few friendly games before it starts? And I'd say I'd go Celtic if people were being picky about what teams to go (even thought the vast majority has went a team with at least 4 stars).

You can't really keep track of it, you really need a fixture list.

When the actual league gets created do we play each other just once a week? How many games do we need to play everyone?

If one person leaves the whole league is duffed up.
