Well we haven't shown Habbox Forum any previews yet, but I thought it may be time to release a little of our behind the scenes work.

I would just like to say, the system is only 30% done, so expect a lot more work coming from this.

The design is not final, changes will be made. I just wanted to see what the community thinks

Those are just some of the basic things.

By the way, you create "widgets" that can have Flash, HTML, words, pictures in them, and include them on your profile.

{widget_name} includes it.

The ideas in whole are great. The colours work well together and i like the way that you edit and add code.

The downside for me though, is that i dont particularly like the design of the profile page and main pages. However, as you said, it could change.

Change that, new layout. Or you can fully change the CSS. Way easier then MySpace.

Personally, I think the site looks too "basic", quite a weird thing to say when it's a SN site

I'm not sure if it's the layout/design or something else..

I also think the site has a LONG way to go before social networking even thinks about "evolving" .

Yes, it is awkward to navigate around and edit, but it has many features. Also on bebo they have "share the luv" maybe you could recreate that feature by having something like "thumbs up", just an idea.
