You need to find a disk or what type of CD drive it is (type as in make, model, etc) then download off their website.

Is the device listed on device manager?
If your right click "My Computer" and hit manage system management console will pop up.

If you select "Device Manager" in "System Tools", expand "DVD/CD-ROM drives" (if it doesnt exist, post back), now if your device is listed but has a yellow exclamation mark next to it, right click hit properties and copy back to thread the text inside Device status (you can select it all to copy, so you dont need to re-type it). The advice for you would depend if its CODE 10 - Device can not start, or CODE 1 This device is not configured correctly, is different etc...

Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)

Click Troubleshoot to start the troubleshooter for this device.

    - There was the yellow exclamation mark.
    - I clicked properties.
-The Device is TSSTcorp CD/DVDw TS-L632D.

You have done the usual, right click on the device and uninstall, then right clicking "My Computer" (at the top of the hardware list), and clicking scan for new hardware?
