Default [THE BIG WEEKLY QUESTION] Credit Crunch nom nom nom?

    Here's one for you.

Can the video games industry survive the credit crunch?

We treat games as luxuries, and they are, but can they get through Christmas? Obviously the answer is yes but... what if they don't? I personally think it's plausible to happen, it won't eradicate the bussiness, but you'll see most developers/publishers going bust , and blu-ray is gonna have to cheapen up or die.

Some games have food in their name? Edible games
It's gonna be car manufactors that suffer the most, as you'll see on the news.

I don't think people will stop buying games, however I do think that people will start looking for bargins and going to cheaper places for games.
