£400 - £500 Decent PC

We are short of money and my £700 PC plans have gone down the drain unfortunatley, now I have a top budget of £500 for a PC.

I wanted quad core and decent ram as I usually have alot of windows open and memory eating applications such as Photoshop, Dreamweaver but I'm unsure on if I'll be able to get it.

I need a monitor and accessories with the PC, and I have no experience of building my own PC, but I could if there was a decent guide. (Probably not for me).

So if you could find me whole packadges with decent specs for £500 or less, or just recommend parts, then that would be great.

Thats what I am thinking. It was mine for 4 years and then I got my laptop, which only has 512mb ram, but it has been loyal to me.
