Breathing can be quite strenuous. I'd rather just be lazy. :d

I am sadly beginning to pile on a few pounds, causing me to get a stitch about 15 minutes into a 90 minute football match. I just need to get a hell of a lot of exercise during the most-part of the summer holidays, before the new season starts, which I already can't wait for :'D

Being lazy can be alright for the weekend!
I do finger exercise on the keyboard too!

I don't mind doing a days exercise in the week but I don't get the crazy people that take it TOO far! Take Lindsay Lohan for example. Yes she may be a great actor/singer. I really used to look up to her, her gorgeous red hair etc.

But I saw her in a magazine (which you do...) and she has dyed her hair blonde and lost weight! Now she is this scrawny thing.

    Boohoo.

I'm pretty sporty myself . I play for a girls football team at weekends (end of season at the moment though ) I go to the gym at least twice a week and I also cycle to work and back which adds up to 10 miles and I do this 3 times a week.I'm a bit of a sport GEEK.
Next match: Ipswich (H) Sunday 4th November, 12.45pm.
