Bypass Surveys! (CPAlead)

You might have noticed I posted some code in another thread to bypass surveys, well this is a new and updated version of that code, pre-hosted so you can enjoy all your pic/videos/whatever.

Features:
The site should work with most sites, unless they have lots of underlying client-side code, then you might notice certain things not working properly.

• Translates relative -> absolute URLs, so most images etc. should work.
• Converts links so they automatically use the survey blocker too.
• Disables the need to fill in stupid, boring surveys.
