Erm I've checked out www.Habbo.com/credits and I can't see any promotions or anything advertising the deal you mentioned. You say you contacted Habbo - that's what I would have recommended you to do. Just wait till they reply before you do anything

If they aren't offering the promotion anymore they'll probably let those that did subscribe when it was available keep it.

The promotion may be over now but for those who had paid a couple of months in advance they will get the full deal until their subscription expires.
