it's not so much like twitter like 'OMG ITS A TOTAL COPY OF TWITTER' but it does have its similarities, alot simpler & tidier than twitter though lol

Simpler & tidier or in other words, a bit plain & lacking features? :S Twitpic is totally doing that out of spite for what Twitter has done cutting them pretty much out of the equation with on-site photo uploads.

Regardless it'll be popular just because the scenekids want all the cool usernames and try & make it like Tumblr... So either it's a full on copy of Twitter or a second best Twitter used by total ******s who think they're too indie for twitter.

wow - its not even as if twitter has been used for inspiration they have literally used twitter! Sorry guys don't like the website your design etc looks quite neat but the concept is awful unless you provide something which neither twitter/facebook/google+ do then its going nowhere!
