So school has now started again, and one of the most exciting parts of any school child's day is all the homework they have to complete! I was always really good at getting my homework handed in on time, but many members of my class were not so organised! I quite often heard them approaching the teacher with excuses such as 'Sorry Miss, my dog ate my homework!' or 'My computer crashed'. There seemed to be some competition going on in class to see who could come up with the best excuse each week!

For this competition I would like you to come up with a crazy excuse for having not done your homework on time. The funniest entry will win. Good luck!
