In regard to CH's "DMCA Complaints"

we did not want to but as we are hosted by crisphosting they would not us have our account back whithout paying this 310 we will be expecting a full refun and a apoligy as well as a copy of this DMCA report to see if this was legal of not wether we get the£10 refund or not

As stated in A previous thread. I have never received any ticket or contact submission about this topic so unless you have been contacted by someone directly I would not know about this matter unless I looked at your record.

The fee isn't involved to see if the DMCA Report was legal or not, the fee was to issue another email to CrispHosting, which isn't illegal, so you will not be recieving a refund.
