They don't seem much different from the ones in the hotel, I'm not sure of the exact change other than resizing it, I suggest making them a bit more unique. =]

All you have to do is Unevenly cut it.
Use the bottom of another
and put it on..

A beginner could do it in 5 seconds flat.

Aren't they just cropped images of like normal shutters?
You've just made them smaller.
And added a few more details.

Wouldn't really work as the windows are off the ground, so unless it had some sort of stand it wouldnt be in line with the windows.
