Graffiti. Art or Not?

Well do you think Graffiti or art or just rubbish?

I think its just art, just bad to do it on walls and stuff. I am actually quite good at it (On paper)

I think proper bits of graffiti are art, but then you see tags... which really arent anything special.

but when you see something dirty written down a kiddies park slide... that isnt art...

When its used to vanalise stuff no - When it isnt' It's art.

yup yup yup, as the others were saying, words taken from my mouth! If its just a bit of writing on a wall drawn with a black marker then no. But I guess you mean the proper graffiti with colours and stuff, yeah that's definately art no doubt bout that.

think about it
If it looks like a 'mess' to you to others it might be art so yeah all of it is art
