No just when Im driving normal. Say I let go of the steering wheel while driving without braking, it goes to the left.

could still be the tracking or tyre balance, can happen if the tyre on that side is less air in than the other side

Means the steering allignment is out and to get it sorted, take it to a garage and they'll fix it.

It could well be just the road - all roads have a rise to them to allow draining and so obviously driving on the left will mean that the right side of the car is slightly raised, and can cause this to occur. The steering wheel will of course also move because it's connected to the wheels

It's out of alignment, the car shouldn't pull to one side. Your car can fall out of line when you drive over potholes, curbs, or any other sort of drop. Take it into the shop and they can line it up for you!

could be a number of things..

    balancing
    tracking
non-matching tyres on the same axel
flat spot in one of the tyres
    slow puncture in left tyre
    cv joint/boot flumped
damaged damper on left hand side

i'm the star in the reasonably priced car!

    Most likely just the tracking.
