Hello folk, we are taking a few jumps to spice up the way the Habbox Raffle runs on a monthly basis, giving more of you lovely people the chance to walk away with some prizes at the end of each month! Originally, the Habbox Raffle was set up by myself as an alternative prize which would earn one lucky player a gold bar at the end of the month. All that is about to change...

What is the Habbox Raffle?
The raffle is one of our ways of giving back to our loyal users once a month. There are now 4 departments involved in this great scheme who are all giving you the chance to bag some credits to spend on that new Habbo jacket you've been eyeing up or the funky rare that was just added to the catalogue. The Events Team, Help Desk, Competitions Department and Radio DJs are all dishing out Raffle Tickets in a number of ways which will all go towards the draw at the end of each month, leading to 5 lucky punters walking away with a smile on their faces. All departments will be contributing towards the overall prize to thank you all for being so loyal to our departments!

What can I win?
There are now 5 different prizes on offer for the raffle. The first three offer credit prizes while the last two will be offering forum based prizes, these are as follows:
First prize - 75 credits
Second prize - 50 credits
Third prize - 25 credits
Fourth prize - 2 weeks VIP + 100 tokens
Fifth prize - 50 tokens + 50 reputation

How can I earn Raffle Tickets?
Each department that is involved in this scheme has their own way of awarding tickets, all of which are detailed below although tickets may be given out via additional methods at times.

Events Department
Their main way of issuing tickets is through players winning events. Every time someone wins an event and chooses the raffle as their prize, they will earn 2 Raffle Tickets for the big draw. That is not all though, at various times throughout events you might be lucky enough to catch an Events Manager or Senior asking some random questions - each of these will earn you 1 Raffle Ticket (they will let you know you can win a ticket first)

Competitions Department
There are 4 different prize levels when entering competitions, mixed between credits and Forum VIP. Alongside these, you are now able to earn Raffle Tickets to increase your prizes. For each competition you win, you will also receive 2 Raffle Tickets with your usual prize towards the draw at the end of the month!

Radio Department
As you may well know, there are many competitions day in and day out on the Habbox airwaves, usually with credit or furni prizes, but now we have a new addition, DJs are now able to run competitions for raffle tickets too! They can either be given alongside the usual prizes or as a prize on their own. Each time these competitions take place, you can win yourself 2 Raffle Tickets, with a maximum of 3 competitions per hour. Keep your ears peeled as to what you might win during each show!

Habbox Help Desk
Other than offering help to Habbos on a daily basis, the Help Desk can only really reward users once a week which is done through the Saturday Night Quiz which offers Forum VIP. That is all about to change. Participants now have the chance to earn some Habbo prizes also! For each question of the Saturday Night Quiz, the first person to answer correctly will earn themselves 1 Raffle Ticket. Their leaderboard for SNQ, otherwise known as 'The League' will also be offering tickets - the player at the top of the leaderboard will win 5 Raffle Tickets, second place will win 3 tickets and third place will win 1 ticket along with other prizes listed for The League. Think that's it? Of course not. On top of this, Help Desk Management and Seniors will be asking random Habbo and Safety related questions in the Help Desk, the first person to answer these correctly will also win 1 Raffle Ticket (they will let you know you can win a ticket first)

Forum Department
Whilst keeping everyone chatting and involved in the community, the forum also has a number of ways to reward our users which can also include Raffle Tickets. You can firstly earn tickets by being one of the top 5 ranking users in the Weekly Top Posters chart, first place earning 5 Raffle Tickets, second earning 4 tickets and so on. The Member of the Month title is given only to those who get really involved and are very active on the forum, taking this title will also see you earn 5 Raffle Tickets! From time to time there are Quick Quizzes which you may notice at the top of the forum, you will earn 1 Raffle Ticket just for getting the correct answer and two selected winners will win 5 Raffle Tickets each.
