I've always been that person to flip through the infomercials, and also through the buying channels to see what they were trying to sell to people. I always got a good laugh when I saw a product that they'd try to advertise to people and you knew it was garbage as soon as you saw it, but the spokesperson was SO enthusiastic about it that you would just have to laugh.

Below is a clip of one I found on YouTube regarding sponges. Yes, this is a 30 minute video, BUT I guarantee you will not be upset.

The craziest thing that I have ever seen on tv ads was a Potty Putter. It is the most ridiculous looking thing and it makes me wonder how many people have actually purchased it. Basically, while you are sitting on the toilet, there is a green area (like for golfing) and a hole, a golf ball, and a golf club and you literally just play mini golf while you're going to the bathroom. Like, who comes up with this?

there are so many! how do you choose just one!?
i blame "Dragon's Den" & "Shark Tank" (rolleyes)
but if i had to choose one. there is one that stands out in my mind more then the rest, only because Ellen Degeneres tried one on her show and it was amazing!
"The Hawaii Chair", i did some research and observed a Gif of some ladies using it for the commercial ad, and at that time i was tuned in to Habbox.com while are very own despect was live on air playing "Fountains of Wayne : Stacy's Mom" the infomercial girls were going with the song! i died laughing.
